Advocacy

Advocacy involves active and public support for the Huntington’s disease community at the local, state, and federal levels. HDSA-San Diego seeks to educate political and community leaders about Huntington’s disease and to secure legislation and public funding in order to improve the situation of HD families and to support research towards treatments and a cure.
